Product description:

XBW series semi-hermetic screw unit is mainly used in cold storage projects with large coolingcapacity requirements.

1.Adopts BITZER HSN series low screw compres-sor with single unit and parallel unit. It mainlymeets the requirements of low-temperaturerefrigeration storage at -20°C and quick-frozenstorage at -35°Cwith BITZER or FRASCOLD ,Ithas good quality and high reliability.

2.The standard design of the unit adopts theform of water cooling, adopts high efficientshell and tube type water cooling condenser,and is equipped with a separate liquid receiver.

3.The unit is equipped with an economizersystem and an oil cooler system.

4.The unit is controlled by Siemens PLC and thekey electrical components are controlled bySchneider. With compressor start and stop,energy regulation, oil cooling system, econo-mizer system, cooling water pump and coolingtower fan control and various protection functions.tures;temperatures.

5.The unit standard uses R404A or R507A refrigerant.
